Authors are requested to prepare their manuscript according to the strict, step by step guidelines for IEEE for conference publications. Papers should not exceed 10 pages.You may download the template for papers, required by IEEE, from the links below:

Submission
Authors should submit their papers electronically by following the directions below:
1. Visit www.edas.info. If you already have an EDAS user's account, please log onto EDAS and follow directions 4 and 5 below. If you do not already have an account, click the "New User" button.
2. Create a profile. Only the five fields with the red asterisk are required. These fields are first & last name, affiliation (company or organization), country, e-mail address, and status. When the fields are filled in, check the "Privacy Policies" box and click the "Add Person" button. [ note: if you select USA as the country, you will get a message asking for your state ]
3. You will receive an e-mail containing your password. You can then return to the EDAS log-in page (http://www.edas.info) and change your assigned password to one that is easier to remember. To do this, click on the "My Profile" tab, and then click on "change your password". Be sure to record your user name, password and ID number for later reference.
4. To submit your abstract, click the "Submit Paper" tab. Find IS 2008 among the list of active conferences and click the button in the right-most column to access the form.
5. On the next screen titled "Register a Paper for IS 2008", type in the title of the paper in the block, enter a short abstract, add yourself as an author, select the topic area(s) that your paper falls under and click the "Submit" button. The next page you see will have a large green check mark and a statement that "the paper was registered". Click the "My Papers" tab at the top of the screen, and then select the Upload icon on the same row as the name of your paper. The Upload icon (third column from the right) will open a dialog box that will enable you to select and upload the abstract file via the web or via FTP.
