Online registration will be collected in USD. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. No exception. If you can not pay via credit card online, please download the hard copy Registration Form and send the completed form to Chris Dyer, the IS 2008 Registration Administrator, at cdyer@conferencecatalysts.com.
COVERING THE EXPENSES FOR PAPER PUBLICATION
Please, read carefully the following information concerning the registration procedure that is presented in the Author Instructions, especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 15 June 2008 - no exceptions.
Accepted papers, for which member or non-member fee has been paid, shall be included in the main conference proceedings. Accepted papers, for which student registration fee has been paid, shall be included in the student session volume of the conference proceedings. One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper, 6 pages in length. For additional pages, an extra page fee of EUR 25 = USD 40 shall be charged. If you are responsible for covering more than one paper, the additional fee charge applies to each page of the second paper. For example, if your first paper is 8 pages and your second paper is 5 pages, you must pay for 7 additional pages. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the accepted paper publication, the conference organizers shall contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
Accompanying persons need not pay registration fees, but if interested in attending cultural events and gatherings during the conference, they shall be requested to pay the respective fees during the conference (at the conference desk).
Beginning in September, hotel rooms are in high demand, so you are encouraged to reserve and pre-pay the hotel early. Discounts at the conference hotel are available for authors and IS'08 guests. For more info: Prof. Tenekedjiev ieeeis08@gmail.com
